Guess What? You Deserve Happiness, Too
It might be a skill that needs honing, but it's possible for every one of us.
I used to say happiness is a choice but I’m no longer certain that’s entirely accurate.
I like this saying now: “Happiness is a skill.” (I think neuroscientist and mindfulness dude Richard Davidson said that.) Because it is: the more we practice happiness, the easier it seems to come to us.
And maybe this thought is true:
Happiness isn’t always under our direction but it’s often in our capacity.
Right? (That’s me.)
