It’s important. I’ve been a little more walk than lift lately (due to these eye surgeries — limited activity while healing) but looking forward to getting back into lifting next weekend! In the meantime, I’m walking like a mofo and getting in light metcons. And some days if you just do nothing, that’s okay, too. Either/or is not helpful. A little of this, some of that, and we will all get through!

Eyes, noses....those surgeries don't like increased BP or pulse, dammit. Healing takes patience and I feel like "Patience, Padawan". Cannot wait to get back to lifting.

Oh yeah, your nose! You know this patience drill. Ugh. But we will heal!

Yes we will! I had a workout plan all ready for post knee and then the nose threw a wrench into that. I kind of want to ask the Universe if I/we have demonstrated being flexible enough the last couple of years and can we just have some smooth sailing hmmm?
